Appreciating trends of recent years continued through the Spring - low inventory, multiple offer situations, and increasing prices. The decrease in sales and pending homes despite an increase in new active listings could be a sign of change in the marketplace. The summer market has so far produced increased days on market. With seller expectations and home prices at an all time high, it's possible we could be witnessing a plateau. Interest rates remain steady as we head into the home stretch of Summer. We shall see...
