We are spoiled in Marin County. It felt like April driving around looking at new houses today in Southern Marin. The sun was shining, birds chirping, laughter. Once again, Mill Valley did not disappoint with warm, yet brisk weather. Perfect Patagonia vest weather for the Mill Valley locals.
Enough silliness. Here are my rankings for the new Mill Valley inventory:
8 East Dr - 3 BD/1 BA - The quintessential Boyle Park home. Extremely charming, well updated, and accessible from any popular Mill Valley hangout (including tennis courts in your front yard). The downside? Very limited parking. $1,395,000.
28 Bay Vista - 4 BD/3 BA - The views alone are worth a million bucks. Add to that a very spacious, tasteful, and light-filled home and you’ve got the complete package. It’s also right off the 101 for those concerned with the swollen MV traffic. $2,228,000.
197 Lovell - 1 BD/2 BA - Another location play. A wonderful spot with an easy walk to downtown. Because of the price, this place is long gone! 8 offers received and now in contract. $895,000.
197 Elm - 3 BD/1 BA - A tear down priced like new construction. A wonderful opportunity at a prime Sycamore Park lot, but not at $1387/sq ft. $1,249,000.
